First-run permissions

When you first open the app you’ll be asked to grant:

Camera — required to broadcast video when you go live.
Microphone — required to broadcast audio when you go live.
Notifications — optional, used to let you know when streamers you follow go live.

You can change these later in your device settings without reinstalling the app.

What happens next

The app gives you a guest profile automatically, so you can start watching streams and chatting straight away. Personalise the guest profile any time, or log in with an existing Nostr profile if you already have one.
