Your orders

Logged in users have a My Orders screen where they can see purchases they have made of Shopping Cart products through Shosho Shop.

Open the navigation menu and choose My Orders.

On the orders list

Each order in the list shows:

  • Order number — short form (last 8 characters of the order ID)
  • Seller name
  • Date and item count
  • Status — one of confirmed, processing, shipped, delivered, or cancelled
  • Total in the order’s currency

Press an order to see the full detail.

On the order detail

  • Status badge at the top
  • Fulfillment timeline — confirmed → processing → shipped → delivered. Cancelled orders show a cancellation message instead.
  • Tracking — tracking numbers and links from the seller, if provided. Press a tracking link to open the carrier’s tracking page.
  • Items — line items with title, variant, quantity, and price
  • Shipping address
  • Payment summary — order total
