Selling products on Shosho
Shosho lets you sell products on your live streams and clips. Your viewers can browse your products and buy without ever having to leave your content. Each product you list shows up in Shosho Shop on your own shop page, and on your clips and live streams.
You can list two types of products on Shosho Shop:
- Shopping Cart product — Viewers add your product to their cart on Shosho and check out. Shosho takes payment and pays out to you. You can manage your product, inventory, and shipping in the Shosho Seller Hub and Shosho charges a service fee and a commission on each sale.
- Classified product — Viewers press to visit your website, leave your content at that time and buy directly with you in whatever way you set up. Shosho doesn’t help with checkout, shipping, or payment. It’s free to list a Classified product.
You can use one or both. You can also run multiple shops if you want — each with its own mode, currency, shipping, and payouts, and all your products will still appear together on your profile.
We recommend Shopping Cart shops for the smoothest in-stream checkout, but our platform is open for you to use in whatever way suits you best.

Which one should I use?
We recommend the Shosho Shopping Cart — it gives viewers the smoothest in-stream checkout, Shosho handles payment, order routing, shipping selection, email confirmations, and automated payouts; and you get powerful and useful tools to manage your shop in the Shosho Seller Hub.
Classified products are a great way to start if you’re new to live streams or also selling elsewhere. If you’re already a Nostr user, every product you list on any Nostr app or website appears automatically as a Classified product on Shosho. It’s free, you don’t need to set anything up or sign anything. You handle payment and shipping however you already do.
You can convert a Classified shop to a Shopping Cart shop any time (and back). The shop’s products carry over — they just become cart-able once shipping and payouts are set up. Many sellers find a Classified shop an easy way to start and convert to Shopping Cart when they’re ready — that’s fine.
