Go live in 2 minutes

The fastest way to go live on Shosho is straight from the Shosho app on your phone.

Steps

1. Install the Shosho app on iOS or Android, and open it.
2. Grant camera and microphone permissions when prompted.
3. Open the broadcast screen. You’ll see your camera preview and a Start Stream button.
4. Press Start Stream. Shosho will show your Guest Profile and a default Show.
5. Accept Terms. You will be prompted to accept Shosho Terms.
6. Press Go Live. You’re live within 2 minutes!

Your stream is now broadcasting to your streaming server, and is available on Shosho and everywhere else that Nostr streams are shown.

Tips

• Your streams will be more engaging if you set up a full Profile and Show and Share a link for people to join.
• You can use any streaming server you like.
• You can go live from the app, OBS, or any other encoder.
