How to buy a Classified product
For products with a View on Website button, any purchase happens directly with the seller. (If the button says Add to cart, see How to buy a Shopping Cart product.)
How it works
- Read the description — confirm price, shipping, condition, and what the seller accepts as payment.
- Press View on Website.
- Your browser opens the seller’s checkout in a new tab.
- Complete the purchase on the seller’s site.
Where View on Website sends you
It depends on how the seller has set things up — usually their own storefront. If in doubt, ask the seller.
What to do on the destination
Contact the seller or check out on their own shopping cart.
Confirming the seller is who they say they are
Before you pay, glance back at Shosho to confirm the seller’s details match what’s on the destination page.
Shosho doesn’t see any Classified purchase
For Classified products, you are buying directly from the Seller. Shosho is not involved in the purchase and cannot help in case of dispute.
For Classified products, once you press “View on Website” you leave the Shosho website and app, and visit the seller’s own website or app. From that point on whatever you do does not notify Shosho at all.
We do not know about any purchase you make, we do not manage any seller inventory, do not take any payment, and cannot arrange any refunds.
Before you buy directly from a seller please make sure you trust the seller. As the transaction is entirely between you and the seller Shosho has no way to help you in case of dispute.
