In Shosho Seller Hub you can upload a CSV to add many products at once, or download your full catalog as a CSV. Useful when you’re moving from another platform, listing in bulk, or backing up your shop.

Import products from a CSV

Open Import

In the Seller Hub, go to Products and press Import.

Download the template

Press Download template to get a blank CSV with the columns Shosho expects.

One row per variant. Required columns are Product Handle, Product Title, and at least one Variant Price (e.g. USD or EUR). Optional columns cover description, images, weight and dimensions, SKU, barcode, inventory, and product options.

Upload the file

Drag your CSV onto the upload area or click to select it, then press Import Products. The import will inform you if it worked, or show you an error.

Check your products

Once your upload is completed, you will be directed back to your Products screen to see your new products in your catalog. If you don’t see them immediately, refresh the page.

Add Inventory

Your products will be loaded with no Inventory. Select your products and add inventory.

Set your product status

Your imported products have Draft status until you are ready. When you are ready, select your products, and set status to Proposed. Your products will then be checked and set to Published status.

Export your catalog as a CSV

Open Export

In the Seller Hub, go to Products and press Export.

Generate the CSV

Press Export Products. Shosho prepares a CSV of every product in your shop.

Download the file

Press Download CSV when the export is ready.

Tips and gotchas
