Create a product in Shosho Seller Hub
Shosho Seller Hub at shop.shosho.live/seller is where you create, edit, publish, and manage Shopping Cart and Classified products. If you haven’t set up your shop yet, see Set up your shop in Shosho Seller Hub.
Create a product
In the Hub, Products → Create opens a four-step wizard:
- Details — title, description, images.
- Organize — categories and tags.
- Attributes — add product options if needed. Create a Title (e.g. “Size”) and enter Values as a comma-separated list (e.g. “S, M, L”). The Hub generates a variant for every combination.
- Variants — set the price for each generated variant, in the currency you choose. A single-SKU product has one default variant; set its price there.
Use Save as draft while you’re still working. When you’re ready, publish the product; it may briefly show as Pending before it appears on your shop page.
For more on options vs variants and inventory, see Inventory and variants.
Add images
Add product images in the Details step. You can upload multiple images and choose which one is the thumbnail.
The thumbnail is the main product image. It appears first on the product listing page and is used on product cards, including in your shop and Shopping Cart screens.
Choose shipping
Shopping Cart products need a shipping profile. Choose the profile that applies to the product so buyers see the right shipping options at checkout.
Set up your stock locations, shipping profiles, regions, and prices before adding inventory. See Set up stock locations and shipping for the full setup order.
Manage inventory
Shopping Cart and Classified products can both use inventory in Shosho Seller Hub.
For products with managed inventory, every variant needs stock in at least one stock location:
- Open Inventory.
- Select the variants you want to add inventory to.
- Click Edit inventory.
- Turn on the stock location where the variant is available.
- Enter the number in stock.
Some products can be set so inventory is not managed. If you use that option, Shosho does not track stock for the product.
